Can someone help me enhance/fix a picture please?

Hello! Well I went to a New Kids concert the other day and we met the guys (go ahead and laugh!)
lol! anyhow, they wouldn’t let us take pictures with our own camera, the meet and greet photo had to be taken by the ppl doing the event. So, last night I noticed the pictures were up and ready to be downloaded - but….the resolution of the photo is sucky and grainy!
There’s no way you can even zoom in on it
If i try to zoom, the picture tends to distort, big time.
Can anyone help me please- can my photo be saved? I know nothing about photoshopping!
xoxoxo!
Here is the link to the photo, hope it works:

My picture would be on the 6th row and the last one on the right. (the photo has a round white glare on one of the girls with glasses on) thank you for your help!!!!!!! xoxoxox

Sadly, real life isn’t like on TV… there is not magic way to “enhance” a picture like they do in CSI.
I looked at the images, and whoever either took them, or manipulated them did a really crappy job… big time.
Unless you can write them so to get the original, there’s not much that would make these image any better.

that’s the best i can do with it, it will still be blurry, because it doesn’t have good resolution at all. i resampled it a bit to make more pixels. but it’s still going to look bad when you zoom in. not much to do with that! but i fixed some of the lighting issues at least, and the big glare on the middle girl. if you leave the picture as is, and don’t try to crop it, the pixel issue shouln’t be that big of a deal.
