Why is it that you never hear about women PHYSICALLY ABUSING animals?

I’m sure it happens, but I have don’t reacall ever hearing about a woman physically beating and abusing animals. Why is it mostly men? Women abusers mostly abuse by neglect, but not physically.

On the contrary, my aunt used to try to kick my cat when I was a kid, just because she didn’t like cats. People who are mean to animals are not necessarily the victims of abuse–they’re just ***holes!

acually if u watch animal planet (the cop shows) there are acually a number of women who do abuse animals. Also usually the men have a wife/girlfriend who knows what been going on and not stopping it.

An old cartoon featured a women chasing -a cat out of her kitchen and smaking him with a broom.
we rarely hear of women abusers - in any form - period! women child abusers ( my mom ) are almost never reported publicly, it was kept secreted even when family services came to our house amidst reports by school teachers who saw our bruises.
Women get stopped for more traffic violations..But according to insurance records they have fewer traffic tickets.
Police officers admit that they let women slide’ usually giving a warning instead of a ticket. one officer said he gives maybe 1 woman a ticket in 5 or 6 he stops for infractions.

I would say that is not true. I guess you have not watched animal planets animal cops. There are alot of that. It does not make sense to me. Why get an animal if you cannot take care of it or if you are going to hurt it? There is no point.

I am not sure maybe many men’s cases our worse because they abuse physically more often than not but women do too. I don’t think it has anything to do with the *** of the owner really. I wish I could give more of an answer but you have a great point.

Probably for the same reason that female serial killers are fairly rare, and that women are less likely to commit murder. It’s true when you hear about animal abuse and neglect that women tend to neglect, and men tend to abuse. I think it’s just the difference in the make up of most men versus women.
