How do I reduce the resolution size of photos for posting to Craigslist?

I have photos I need to reduce resolution because they are too large for posting. I don’t have Photoshop only Corel Draw and PhotoPaint.

    use photo paint (I LOVE THIS PROGRAM) and then….

    open the picture. Go to IMAGE (on toolbar), and choose RESAMPLE.
    Then you will see WIDTH and HEIGHT- shrink it and you will see the byte size on the bottom go smaller_ which will help you resize it.

    Image Shrink is a free util that will shrink jpegs for you. It does a really good job, but only works on jpegs.
