Where can I get a comprehensive manual for my Toshiba P200-144?

A few years ago I purchased a Toshiba SA20 and the manual gave me a great insight into the laptop and it’s interfaces.
I have reciently purchaced a Toshiba P200-144 and the manual that came with it was nowhere near as informative.
Can I purchase a book/manual that is more comprehensive?

I am 10 my parents spoil me by giving me my own cell phone and laptop and Im the only child, my friends say Im spoiled by having this phone! My parents are also rich!

everytime i plug my camera in, nothing pops up saying do you want to upload the pictures or anything like that. and i tried going into my computer, but it says disconected network drive.

How do I get the pics off of my old hard drive?

I had an old Gateway desktop that I got rid of not that long ago, but I kept the hard drive since it had a lot of old pictures and stuff I wanted to keep. Now I have a Macbook Pro, and I’d like to transfer the pictures onto my new laptop if I could.
