Can a guy assume if a girl approaches him that she is interested?

I have a serious problem. Not tooting my own horn here but I have a lot of attractive girls who approach me at school/work for the last few years. Problem is.. We always end up just friends because I am a nice guy and never cross the friend line! Is it safe to hit on a girl who approaches me? Can I just assume she is interested and put the charm on her? I am asking this because I have been completely miss lead and heart broken by overly friendly girls.

The uglier girls act nicer friendlier etc and tell me i’m cute, they want to be my girlfriend etc, possesive, afraid of other more beautiful girls coming into the pic and steal me away.
No CommentsThen the hot ones are eh, don’t care much for me, still good conversations, but they’d seem bored and act like : whatever, he’s just another guy.
The uglier girls would do far more just to please me and make me happy and the pretty girls don’t do much, but if I act like I don’t want any of them and i’m happy single, with ugly ones, they suddenly act a lot nicer too. If I tell them I don’t want to be their boyfriend, then they really start to try to get me. etc etc
why? Is it because the ugly ones know they don’t have much? Then there seem to be ugly and mean ones end up virgins for life

How do I get more than six headings using HTML? Can I move paragraphs to different locations using CSS?

I am trying to make a lot of the website using HTML text rather than graphics text since it is much sharper. For instance, I want my main heading (the name of the site) to have a shadow effect by placing the two lines, slightly offcenter from on another. I am using all headings for these but am running out at six. Obviously, I am doing something wrong. Perhaps it has to do with moving paragraphs to different locations. Any comments.

How to make my room kickass with DIY projects and how to deal with ugly walls/carpets(I just got them)?

The walls and carpet thing was not my fault. I knew what I wanted but my dad said that I might think it was stupid in about a year. The walls are beige and the floor is green, I have matching bedding- it’s kind of a cabana thing going on, I even have a bamboo curtain for my window that i’m going to put up. How do I make my room awesome? I have a lot of different tastes, I kind of want a gothic looking canopy from Hot Topic and I kind of want these hanging light things that are white flowers that light up. I definitley will put pictures up and maybe I could do something to the floor to hide it? Please help, I dont have much money but a birthday coming up and I really want a room that says me better. Im an 18 year old girl.
Im pretty artistic and creative but I just need some ideas to get me going. I love modern paintings and stuff like that.

Why do girls dance and twitch their foot around when their legs are crossed?

Ladies i notice girls will sit and cross their legs and eventually sometimes will start to dance and move their foot around aggressively and then they will twitch the foot really fast from side to side. Girls do this a lot when wearing sandals.Is this done to be noticed or is it a flirting thing or habit? I think its attracting actually just wondering if girls are aware they are doing it?
