we had one huge rail line built in Charlotte(two years ago) and it did not help anything but cost alot of money and the people that got jobs building it do not had jobs now it makes no sense, all the wild promises and its just a bill nothing more, banks and other business have to improve for a rail line to work or nobody will ride it BS tell me how huge gov projects are going to do anything to help the economy

I know some get them for charity work or something like that, but I just wondered when they started going to entertainers for ’services to entertainment’, who was the first such person to get one. Cos originally weren’t they meant for people who were brave and courageous, or helped their community in some other way?

How do you draw a picture and really try to make it look realistic?

I’m trying to improve my drawing skills. I’m having trouble drawing a picture of someone, or people, and making it look realistic. What I mean are things like body parts, or to show that the person is in motion or doing something specific, like playing, singing, etc. This seems kinda hard to answer, but what are some tips to make it really look…real, and not like some kid drew it?

How do you convert a movie or video clips using windows media player?

ok - so i have this mp4 player it came with a movie on it so i have the aspects ( 240×320 ) AVI but I have other movies that i want to download onto it and no matter what i do it won’t play the file - i mean the file will be on the player but the movie wont play. I have windows media player and people have told me that you can convert movies through there but I tried for about an hour and couldn’t figure out how to make it work… HELP!
