Can someone help me enhance/fix a picture please?

Hello! Well I went to a New Kids concert the other day and we met the guys (go ahead and laugh!) 
lol! anyhow, they wouldn’t let us take pictures with our own camera, the meet and greet photo had to be taken by the ppl doing the event. So, last night I noticed the pictures were up and ready to be downloaded - but….the resolution of the photo is sucky and grainy! 
There’s no way you can even zoom in on it If i try to zoom, the picture tends to distort, big time. Can anyone help me please- can my photo be saved? I know nothing about photoshopping!

im 19, and i lived in korea for almost all my life. so, needless to say, i drink, smoke, among others.
i smoke a lot actually go thru a pack every 2-3 days and you can usually always see me smoking.
im also very lazy. i **** cleaning, but i gotta do it.
other than that, im a pretty nice guy. i get good grades, going to a prestigious university, majoring in BCManagement, sociable, and apparently a funny guy; was voted class clown 2 years runnin. and a pretty classy dresser.
uhm look wise, you can decide:

How do I make it to where when someone clicks on my pic to save it, it will give them a blank image?

I’m not referring to the no right click script, but a script that when someone attempts to “borrow” my pics, they will find that there is no image - only a blank area where the photo would’ve been had they successfully saved it.

What are the legal issues I have to worry about if I want to sell photos that I shoot in public places?

Please post a link to where I can read about the legality of selling my photos. I imagine I can take a photo of a large crowd and sell it, but there are probably legal issues if I shoot a photo of a cute kid or a hot *****. You can give your two cents if you like, but I would prefer a link to where I can get info about what types of public photos can be sold. Thank you Yahoo! Answers!

How to get clear photos on craigslist?

Can some one tell me how to get clear photos on Craigslist? I have tried resizing to 300 X 200 (Their dimensions) and optimized for web. It looks like on their site they are suffering from JPeg compression. How do I get crisp photo on there. Is there a size and resolution I am not getting? Of course they have nothing on the site about how to size for clarity. Ugh!
