I need an excellent programmer to maintain and update existing xml &.net code who will charge a flat fee?

My father runs a small company and is just now really building his business online. He has struck out twice now trying to find a good programmer and webhost. The first guy did both, but when he finished the code he tried to extort money before giving the code back to him. The second company was a bigger company in TX, but they too are breaching the agreement and trying to nickel and dime my father for stuff, and they can’t even figure out how to filter spam and maintain his code.

Also, my father needs a qualitly webhost who can host his site, allow a lot of changes, and store large databases, and run 24X7, for a reasonable flat rate.
Does anyone have a good recommendation… should my father hire an IT guy to build everything in house? (literally… he runs his business out of his home)

hey all. got a new 80 ipod. btw they are very cool. New interface menu, matte instead of shiny, slimmer and lighter and only 271 with tax! any way, my sister downloaded about 40 gb of her own stuff onto it for me, but now i wanna put it on my comp. how do i do that?

How do I use gimp shop?

I recently downloaded GIMP shop, I wanted to know…(ie:say if I have 2 different pics of two different women, and I wanted to change around one’s ****** features..like taking the nose off of one pic to put on another, and changing the eye color and stuff like that) how do i do that using the gimp shop program. If anyone knows can u walk me thru it..I’d appreciate it

I need your honest opinion…could I be a model? and none of that like target/walmart modeling stuff- I mean like RUNWAY.
Its just always been my dream and I mean its not like I’m not hot enough or anything- with this body I’m pretty sure I could do anything- heehee!

Helmets and jackets for your first timer?

now ive been reading online about snell and dot, types of vents and all that stuff, but what does any one out there recommend for jackets brands and helmet brands, and is Simpson a good brand of helmets?

well the name is fake and the email is fake, no one under 18 is on this site. all that is done is putting up certain celebrities and claim that its you. ex. *pic of Jessica Alba* and the caption “I’m pretty” and theres a pic of a ferrari saying “my car”

I need to download a sound kit or something because FL Studio’s sounds stink. But I can’t find any free ones. I can probably find the kicks and stuff like that, but I need stuff for melodys like orchestral hits or something like that. Or are there any free VST programs that can make melodies like Hypersonic 2 or something like that?
